Notarization Services

What types of documents can be notarized?
We offer notarization for legal documents, affidavits, power of attorney, international documents, and more. If you’re unsure whether your document can be notarized, contact us for confirmation.

What notarial acts do you perform?
We perform a variety of notarial acts, including acknowledgement, jurat, oaths and affirmations, among others.

What do I need to bring for notarization?
You will need the original document(s) requiring notarization, and a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID) to confirm your identity.

Can you notarize documents at my home or office?
Yes, we offer mobile notarization services, bringing a certified notary directly to your residential or commercial location. The service is only available in Northern Virginia.

Can I schedule a notarization at any time?
We offer flexible scheduling, based on availability. You can book an appointment up to one week in advance by adding the product to cart/checkout.

What types of IDs are accepted for notarization?
We accept valid, government-issued IDs such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport. Expired IDs may not be accepted.

Can you notarize a document for someone who is not present?
No, all signers must be physically present during the notarization to verify their identity and witness their signature.

How long does the notarization process take?
The process typically takes between 10 to 20 minutes per document, depending on the complexity of the paperwork.

Is there an extra charge for mobile services?
Yes, a travel and convenience fee of $75 applies to all mobile services (notary and passport photo).

Do you offer remote online notarization (RON)?
Currently, we only offer in-person mobile notarization services. Remote notarization is not available at this time.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We can accommodate changes if notified in advance, but last-minute cancellations may incur a fee depending on the situation.

Passport Photo Services

How does the mobile passport photo service work?
Our mobile team will meet you at your location at the scheduled time. We’ll bring all necessary equipment to take professional-quality passport photos right at your home or office. After setting up, our staff will take your photo, and on-the-spot prints will be generated. You’ll also receive a digital copy for future use, ensuring a quick and convenient process without the need to leave your location.

What's included in the passport photo services?
Passport photo services include include two printed photos and a digital copy if requested. Additional prints are $10 (for two additional photos).

Do you offer non-standard passport photos for visas or other uses?
Yes, we offer non-standard passport photos for $25, which includes two photos and a digital copy. Non-US standard sizes include: 5 cm x 7 cm, 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, and 35 mm x 45 mm.

Can I get my passport photos taken at my location?
Absolutely. Our mobile passport photo service will come to your home or office to take and print photos, saving you time and hassle.

Do you store/retain customer data such as photos or documents?
We collect personal information (such as names, contact details, and photos) solely for the purpose of providing our mobile notarization, passport photo, and document/photo printing services. We do not store customer photos or documents after services have been rendered. All photos, documents, and related data are deleted within 24 hours of delivering or completing the requested services. Digital copies provided to you are immediately transferred, and no backups are retained on our systems.

Photo and Document Printing

How does photo and document printing work?
We offer postcard size (4x6 in) photos on glossy sheets as well as color/black and white document printing services, delivered right at your address. Simply upload the documents and photos that you want printed to the cart/checkout and specify delivery address. We will print and ship it to your address as specified. Delivery/shipping fee apply and is calculated at the checkout. We offer shipping on orders above $25.
